Tariffs and credits
The credits system is a universal payment method inside NeuraLinka. Each request to the AI model deducts a certain number of credits, depending on the complexity of the task and the neural network used.
What are loans?
Credits are the internal currency of the platform. You top up your balance with a convenient amount and use it to access all the features of the service.:
- Text generation (GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Image creation (DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Midjourney)
- Voice acting and speech recognition (Whisper, ElevenLabs, TTS, ASR)
- Translations, analysis, and data structuring
The cost of the request is determined automatically depending on the selected model.
Approximate rates
The approximate cost depends on the type of task and the chosen model. The average values are shown below:
Text generation Models: GPT-4, Claude Cost: from 1 to 3 credits per request
Image creation Models: DALL·E, Stable Diffusion Cost: from 2 to 5 credits per image
Speech recognition Models: Whisper, ASR Cost: 1 credit for each minute of audio
Text-to-speech Models: ElevenLabs, TTS Cost: 1-2 credits per 1000 characters of text
The exact values may vary depending on the selected model, language, and current load.
Adding funds to your balance
You can top up your balance in several ways:
- Bank card (via Stripe)
- YooMoney (for users from the Russian Federation)
All transactions are secured and conducted over an encrypted connection (TLS).
Validity of loans
The credits have no expiration date and remain on your account while you use it. In case of inactivity for more than 12 months, the system may request confirmation of activity.
Transparency and debit history
Each operation is recorded in your personal account:
- History of purchases and debits
- The type of model to which the request was made
- The number of credits spent
- Date and time of the operation
This helps you accurately track your expenses and plan your use of the service.
Refund of funds
A refund is possible if the operation has not been completed or a technical error has occurred. You can make a request through support service.
