Rules of Acceptable Use (AUP)

These rules define how you can and cannot use the NeuraLinka service. We strive to ensure safe, ethical and responsible interaction with artificial intelligence technologies.

1. General provisions

1.1. By using NeuraLinka, you agree to comply with these rules of acceptable use.

1.2. Violation of these rules may lead to temporary blocking or complete deletion of the account without prior notice.

1.3. The rules apply to all functions of the platform — the web interface, API and integration.

2. Prohibited Content

Users are prohibited from using the Service to create, distribute, or transmit content that:

• violates laws or the rights of third parties;
• contains violence, threats, discrimination, pornography or 18+ materials;
• promotes terrorism, racism, hostility or hatred;
• contains false, misleading or harmful information;
• aimed at obtaining, storing or publishing personal data without the consent of the owner;
• promotes fraud, phishing, or other illegal activities.

3. Technical limitations

Prohibited:

• interfere with the operation of the platform, bypass security mechanisms or API restrictions;
• use the Service to test vulnerabilities or DDoS attacks;
• automate mass requests without permission (spam, botnets, scraping);
• use the Service to download malicious files or code.

4. Using models

4.1. It is prohibited to use AI models to generate content that may harm or discredit individuals, companies or the state.

4.2. When working with audio and video tools, it is forbidden to create deepfake content without explicit indication of artificial origin.

4.3. The User is responsible for how he uses the generated materials.

5. Privacy and Data

5.1. The User must not transfer data containing personal or confidential information of third parties to the Service without their permission.

5.2. NeuraLinka undertakes to protect data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

5.3. If a data leak is detected, the user must immediately notify the administration.

6. Responsibility and consequences

6.1. In case of violation of these rules, access to the account may be temporarily suspended or completely blocked.

6.2. In case of serious violations, information may be transferred to the relevant authorities in accordance with the current legislation.

6.3. NeuraLinka reserves the right to refuse service without explanation in case of systematic violations.
